Return Policy

At Ace Marbles & Granites, we deal in premium natural stones sourced from trusted quarries in Italy and India. Since marble and granite are natural, high-value products, we follow a transparent and fair return policy to protect both our customers and product quality.

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction, clarity, and confidence at every stage of your purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Due to the natural nature of marble and granite, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

    • The product received is damaged during transit

    • The material delivered is different from what was confirmed in the invoice or order

    • There is a manufacturing or cutting defect identified at the time of delivery

    • Quantity mismatch compared to the confirmed order

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • Natural variations in color, veins, texture, or patterns (these are inherent characteristics of marble and granite)

    • Material already cut, installed, polished, or altered

    • Custom-cut slabs, tiles, or sizes ordered as per customer specifications

    • Damage caused due to improper handling, storage, or installation

    • Minor shade differences between samples and delivered slabs

Natural stone is a unique product—no two slabs are exactly the same.

Inspection at the Time of Delivery

We strongly recommend customers to:

    • Inspect slabs or tiles before unloading

    • Verify size, thickness, finish, and quantity

    • Report visible damage or mismatch immediately

Once the material is unloaded or accepted, it is considered approved in good condition.

Return Process

    • To initiate a return or replacement request:
    • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
    • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
    • Provide invoice or order reference number
    • Our team will inspect and verify the claim
    • Approved returns will be processed as replacement or credit, based on availability

Refund Policy

    • Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after inspection and approval

    • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

    • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

    • Transportation and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the fault is from our end

Replacement Policy

    • Replacement is subject to stock availability

    • If the same slab or material is unavailable, an alternative or store credit may be offered

    • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly

Transportation Responsibility

    • Any damage occurring after delivery or unloading is not eligible for return

    • For third-party transport arranged by the customer, we are not liable for transit damages
