    • Risk of damage transfers to the buyer once the material is dispatched from our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed.

    • Buyers must inspect slabs and tiles before installation.
    • Any claims regarding damage, quantity, or mismatch must be reported before installation.
    • No claims will be accepted after material has been cut, installed, or processed.

    • Improper handling, cutting, or installation by third parties voids all claims.
    • Natural stone performance depends on correct installation, sealing, and maintenance.

10. Returns & Refunds

    • Returns are accepted only as per our official Return Policy.
    • Natural stone products are not eligible for return due to aesthetic preferences or natural variations.
    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time via the original payment method.
