At Ace Marble & Granites, we understand that natural stone is a premium, delicate, and high-value product. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that every marble and granite slab reaches you safely, securely, and on time, anywhere in India.

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle dispatch, delivery timelines, packaging standards, and responsibilities—so you can order with complete confidence.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Italian marble, imported marble, granite slabs, tiles, and cut-to-size orders across:

    • All major cities in India

    • Tier-2 & Tier-3 locations (subject to transporter availability)

    • Project sites, warehouses, and residential locations

For remote or difficult-access areas, our team will coordinate in advance to ensure smooth delivery.

2. Dispatch & Processing Time

    • Orders are processed after order confirmation and payment verification

    • Standard dispatch time: 2–5 working days

    • Custom cutting, polishing, or edge-finished orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated clearly before dispatch.

Every order is inspected by our quality team before packing to ensure it meets our stone grading and quality standards.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on location, order size, and transport mode:

    • Metro cities: 4–7 working days

    • Other cities & towns: 6–12 working days

    • Bulk or project orders: Timeline shared during order confirmation

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, road conditions, or logistics factors beyond our control.

4. Packaging & Safety Standards

Natural stone requires expert handling. We follow industry-approved packaging methods:

    • Strong wooden crates / pallets

    • Protective layering to avoid surface damage

    • Secure strapping for slab stability

    • Forklift-safe packing for bulk consignments

Our packaging methods are designed to minimize transit damage and maintain the natural finish of the stone.

5. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping costs depend on:
    • Order weight & volume
    • Distance & delivery location
    • Transport type (full truck / part load)
    • Shipping charges are clearly communicated before dispatch
    • No hidden or surprise costs

For large or repeat orders, special freight pricing may be available.

6. Unloading Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • Unloading is the customer’s responsibility

    • Proper equipment (crane, forklift, labor) should be arranged at the delivery site

    • Our team will inform you in advance about vehicle type and unloading requirements

Any damage during unloading is not covered under transit responsibility.

7. Transit Insurance & Damage Policy

    • Transit insurance is available on request
    • Customers are advised to:
    • Inspect the material at the time of delivery
    • Report visible damage or mismatch immediately to the transporter and our team
    • Once delivery is accepted, claims for transit damage may not be entertained

Natural variations in color, veins, and patterns are not considered defects as they are inherent to natural stone.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Transport strikes

    • Road restrictions

    • Natural calamities or unforeseen events

Such delays are beyond our control, and Italian Marble & Granites will not be liable for compensation due to force majeure situations.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For export or international orders:

    • Shipping terms, duties, taxes, and documentation will be discussed individually

    • Timelines and costs vary based on destination country
