1. Introduction

At Ace Marbles & Granites, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, clear, and simple while maintaining the integrity and quality of our premium Italian marble and natural stone products.

2. Order Cancellation Timeline

a) Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before confirmation and billing. Any advance payment made will be refunded in full within 5 to 7 working days.

b) Cancellation After Order Confirmation but Before Dispatch

If your order has been confirmed but not yet dispatched, cancellation is permitted. However, a processing and handling fee of 10% to 15% may be deducted depending on:

• Type of stone selected
• Custom cutting or finishing work completed
• Imported Italian marble allocation

c) Cancellation After Dispatch

Once marble or granite materials are dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not permitted.

Natural stone slabs are reserved and allocated specifically for each client; therefore, post-dispatch cancellations are not possible.

3. Special Notes for Italian Marble & Custom Orders

Imported Italian marble, book-matched slabs, and custom-cut sizes cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Natural variations in color, veining patterns, and surface markings are inherent characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation request, please provide your Order ID, billing name, and reason for cancellation through one of the following methods:

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund processing typically takes 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
