Order Cancellation Timeline
1. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before confirmation and billing.
- Full advance amount (if paid) will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
2. Cancellation After Order Confirmation but Before Dispatch

- If the order has been confirmed but not yet dispatched, cancellation is allowed.
- A processing and handling fee (10%–15%) may be deducted, depending on:
- Stone type
- Custom cutting or finishing
- Imported Italian marble allocation
3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the marble or granite is dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not permitted.

Natural stone orders are prepared and reserved specifically for each client, making post-dispatch cancellation unfeasible.

Special Notes for Italian Marble & Custom Orders

Imported Italian marble, book-matched slabs, or custom-cut sizes cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

Color variation, veining patterns, and natural marks are inherent characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects.
