At Ace Marbles & Granites, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the unique and natural characteristics of stone materials, all return, replacement, cancellation, and refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By purchasing products from our marble showroom, warehouse, or website, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Natural Stone Products

Ace Marbles & Granites deals in premium marble, imported marble, granite, and natural stone products. Customers understand and accept that natural stones may contain inherent variations, including but not limited to:

  • Color differences
  • Natural veining patterns
  • Surface texture variations
  • Mineral markings
  • Shade differences
  • Natural pores and fissures
  • Finish irregularities

These characteristics are naturally occurring features of marble, granite, quartzite, travertine, onyx, and other natural stones and shall not be considered manufacturing defects or quality issues.

As a reputed marble showroom and natural stone supplier, Ace Marbles & Granites makes every effort to display products accurately. However, actual materials may vary slightly from website images, catalogues, digital renders, samples, or showroom displays due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and the natural composition of stone.

3. Order Confirmation Policy

Customers are requested to carefully verify the following before confirming any order:

  • Product selection
  • Material type
  • Slab dimensions and thickness
  • Quantity ordered
  • Surface finish
  • Edge profiles or specifications
  • Delivery address and contact information

Once an order has been processed, packed, customized, cut, polished, fabricated, or dispatched, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Ace Marbles & Granites shall not be held responsible for errors approved or confirmed by the customer at the time of order placement.

4. Return Eligibility

Returns, replacements, or exchange requests may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Material damaged during transit
  • Verified manufacturing defect (where applicable)
  • Significant mismatch from approved order specifications

To initiate a return request, customers must:

  • Notify Ace Marbles & Granites within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Provide the invoice number or order details
  • Submit clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue
  • Share relevant supporting proof required for investigation

All return and replacement requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by Ace Marbles & Granites.

Ace Marbles & Granites reserves the right to reject any claim that:

  • Does not comply with this marble return policy
  • Lacks sufficient supporting evidence
  • Is reported after the allowed reporting timeframe

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds shall not be accepted for:

  • Customized or cut-to-size stone materials
  • Fabricated or polished slabs
  • Installed, altered, or used products
  • Natural variations in color, veins, texture, or patterns
  • Bulk procurement or special-order materials
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional sale items
  • Products approved by customers prior to dispatch
  • Minor natural variations inherent to stone products

As an experienced marble and granite supplier, Ace Marbles & Granites strongly recommends that customers inspect and approve all materials before installation or processing.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds shall only be processed after inspection and formal approval by Ace Marbles & Granites management.

Where approved, refunds may be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit note or store credit

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking procedures and payment gateways but are generally completed within 7–14 business days from the approval date.

Shipping charges, transportation costs, loading/unloading charges, packaging fees, handling expenses, and installation costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or caused by an error from Ace Marbles & Granites.

This natural stone refund policy applies to all marble, granite, and imported stone purchases.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before processing, customization, cutting, fabrication, polishing, or dispatch begins.

Please note:

  • Cancellation requests after shipment dispatch may not be accepted
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production starts
  • Ace Marbles & Granites reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative, handling, or processing charges where necessary

Cancellation approvals shall remain solely at the discretion of Ace Marbles & Granites.

8. Transportation & Delivery Damage

Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect all materials at the time of delivery.

In case of visible transportation or delivery damage:

  • The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery or within the specified reporting period
  • Customers should retain original packaging and damaged materials for inspection
  • Photographic or video evidence may be required for stone delivery damage claims

Ace Marbles & Granites may coordinate with logistics or transportation partners before approving replacement or refund requests related to transit damage.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, Ace Marbles & Granites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Product installation or usage
  • Delays in delivery
  • Natural stone variations
  • Third-party transportation issues
  • Labor or installation expenses
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring product suitability prior to purchase, fabrication, and installation.
