At Ace Marbles & Granites, we offer premium natural stones sourced from reliable quarries in Italy and India. Since marble and granite are natural and valuable materials, we maintain a fair and transparent return policy to protect our customers and ensure product quality.
Our goal is to guarantee your satisfaction, clarity, and confidence with every purchase.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Due to the natural characteristics of marble and granite, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- The material delivered does not match the confirmed invoice or order.
- A manufacturing or cutting defect is identified upon delivery.
- There is a quantity mismatch compared to the confirmed order.
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Natural variations in color, veins, texture, or patterns.
- Material that has been cut, installed, polished, or altered.
- Custom-cut slabs, tiles, or sizes made to customer specifications.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or installation.
- Minor shade differences between samples and delivered slabs.
Natural stone is unique; no two slabs are exactly alike.
4. Inspection at the Time of Delivery
We strongly recommend that customers:
- Inspect slabs or tiles before unloading.
- Confirm size, thickness, finish, and quantity.
- Report any visible damage or mismatches immediately.
Once the material is unloaded or accepted, it is considered approved in good condition.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement request:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Share the invoice or order reference number.
Our team will verify the claim. Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after inspection and approval. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Processing time is typically 7 to 10 business days after approval. Transportation and handling charges are non-refundable unless the fault lies with us.
7. Replacement Policy
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same slab or material is unavailable, we may offer an alternative option or store credit.
Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
8. Transportation Responsibility
Damage occurring after delivery or unloading is not eligible for return. For third-party transport arranged by the customer, we are not responsible for any transit damages.
