  • Fissures

These variations are natural characteristics of marble, granite, quartzite, onyx, travertine, and other stones and shall not be considered defects under this Natural Stone Warranty Policy.

No two slabs are identical.

Customers are advised that:

  • Product samples are indicative only
  • Catalog photographs may vary from actual material
  • Website images may differ due to lighting, editing, screen settings, and natural stone variation

Slight differences between displayed samples and delivered materials are normal and accepted industry practice.

4. What Is Covered Under Warranty

Subject to verification and approval by Ace Marbles & Granites, the warranty may cover:

Manufacturing or Processing Defects

  • Significant defects arising during factory processing
  • Major polishing inconsistencies visible before installation

Wrong Material Supplied

  • Delivery of a different stone type, finish, or slab than originally invoiced

Major Structural Defects Before Installation

Transit Damage

Severe Surface Defects

5. What Is NOT Covered

This Granite Warranty India policy and marble slab warranty do not cover:

  • Natural stone variations
  • Shade or veining differences
  • Mineral spots or natural markings
  • Resin-filled areas
  • Surface texture variations
  • Staining
  • Etching from acidic substances
  • Scratches or abrasions
  • Chips or edge damage after delivery
  • Cracks after installation
  • Damage caused during cutting or fabrication
  • Improper handling or storage
  • Poor installation workmanship
  • Structural movement of the building
  • Use of harsh or acidic chemicals
  • Heat damage
  • Moisture damage
  • Impact damage
  • Negligence or misuse
  • Wear and tear from regular usage
  • Outdoor weathering or environmental exposure
  • Improper sealing or maintenance
  • Damage caused by third-party contractors, installers, or fabricators

Ace Marbles & Granites shall not be responsible for any issues arising after the material has been cut, fabricated, altered, or installed.

6. Inspection Before Installation

Customers, architects, fabricators, contractors, and installers must thoroughly inspect all slabs before:

  • Cutting
  • Polishing
  • Fabrication
  • Installation

Inspection should include:

  • Shade confirmation
  • Veining approval
  • Surface finish verification
  • Structural assessment
  • Quantity verification

Installation or fabrication of the material shall be deemed as full acceptance of the product.

No claims related to:

  • Appearance
  • Color variation
  • Veining
  • Surface texture
  • Visible defects
  • Material selection

will be accepted after installation or fabrication.

7. Storage, Handling & Installation Responsibility

Ace Marbles & Granites strongly recommends professional handling and installation by experienced stone fabricators and installers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper unloading procedures
  • Safe storage conditions
  • Vertical slab storage where applicable
  • Protection from moisture and impact
  • Proper transportation after delivery

Improper storage or handling may result in:

  • Cracks
  • Warping
  • Chipping
  • Surface damage

Ace Marbles & Granites shall not be liable for damages occurring after delivery and acceptance of goods.

8. Claim Procedure
