1. Introduction
At Ace Marbles & Granites, we understand that natural stone is a valuable and delicate product. Our shipping process ensures that each marble and granite slab arrives safely, securely, and on time anywhere in India.
This Shipping Policy explains our dispatch procedures, delivery timelines, packaging standards, and responsibilities so you can place your order with confidence.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship Italian marble, imported marble, granite slabs, tiles, and custom-cut orders to:
- All major cities across India
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities (subject to transporter availability)
- Project sites, warehouses, and residential addresses
For remote or hard-to-access areas, our team coordinates in advance to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
3. Dispatch & Processing Time
Orders are processed once confirmation and payment verification are completed.
- Standard dispatch time: 2 to 5 working days
- Custom cutting, polishing, or edge-finish orders may require additional processing time
Our quality control team inspects every slab or tile before packaging to ensure it meets grading and finish standards.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on destination, order size, and transport method:
- Metro cities: 4 to 7 working days
- Other cities and towns: 6 to 12 working days
- Bulk or project orders: Timeline shared during confirmation
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, road situations, or logistics issues beyond our control.
5. Packaging & Safety Standards
Natural stone requires specialized handling. We follow industry-standard packaging practices:
- Heavy-duty wooden crates or pallets
- Protective surface layers to prevent scratches
- Secure strapping for slab stability
- Forklift-compatible packing for bulk shipments
Our packaging methods are designed to minimize transit damage and preserve the stone’s natural finish.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Total order weight and volume
- Distance and delivery location
- Transport type (full truckload or part load)
All freight charges are communicated clearly before dispatch. For large or repeat orders, special freight pricing may be available.
7. Unloading Responsibility
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Unloading is the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers must arrange proper equipment (crane, forklift, labor) at the delivery site.
- Vehicle type and unloading requirements will be communicated in advance.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during unloading.
8. Transit Insurance & Damage Policy
Transit insurance is available upon request. Customers are advised to:
- Inspect materials carefully at the time of delivery.
- Report visible damage or discrepancies immediately to both the transporter and our team.
Once delivery is accepted, claims for transit damage cannot be entertained. Natural variations in color, veins, and patterns are inherent to natural stone and do not qualify as defects.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Transport strikes
- Road restrictions
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
Such circumstances are beyond our control, and Ace Marbles & Granites shall not be liable for compensation under force majeure situations.
10. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For export or international orders:
- Shipping terms, duties, taxes, and documentation will be discussed individually.
- Timelines and freight costs vary depending on destination country.
